With Category B1 accreditation, Construction Certificates for subdivision works can be expediently issued based on the conditions of development consent and the technical specifications of the relevant Local Government Area.
Issuing Strata Certificates also forms a significant part of our business, with hundreds of plans certified and registered by the owners since the change to strata legislation in mid 2000.
Land Development Certificates has professional engineers on staff to attend to all professional duties. With regard to the inspection / on-going monitoring of construction works, this service is subject to availability of personnel – please make specific prior enquiry.
In addition to the above, our staff have had extensive experience in many types of development assessment, particularly land subdivision, which serves to underpin the other services that we provide.
