| Steve Johnson | The principal of the company, Stephen Johnson, obtained his accreditation as Principal Certifier - Subdivision and Accredited Certifier (Civil) in February, 1999. At present he is one of only a small number of professionals in NSW to hold the Category B1 accreditation for subdivision works. He is a Chartered Engineer in the field of civil engineering and a full Member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia (Engineers Australia). Steve founded the company following 11 years experience in private consulting engineering and surveying, specialising in land development, and a further 15 years experience in local government managing development control. As a longstanding practitioner in the field of land and strata subdivision, Steve has a wealth of knowledge and understanding in the ways of the subdivision process, civil works construction (materials & techniques) and meeting clients expectations. |

| Andrew Symonds | Senior Engineer - Andrew Symonds [BE(Civil)Hons, MIEAust] joined Land Development Certificates in November 2004, coming from a senior position in local government. Andrew brought an additional depth of knowledge and experience to our office from his hands on role in the development assessment process, specifically the engineering aspects. He has a sound understanding of local government procedures, experience in the Land and Environment Court of NSW and a thorough knowledge of the subdivision process in general. Since joining Land Development Certificates, Andrew has expanded his experience in strata subdivision to the point where he is recognized as an authority by his peers. |
