Land Development Certificates

Compliance Certificates can be issued by Accredited Certifiers to acknowledge a condition (or conditions) of development consent has been satisfied.
In this regard, the consent condition may be one that stipulates design criteria (eg on-site stormwater detention or road design) or may relate to completion of constructed works.
Our services offered include both types of Compliance Certificates (design and construction), however opportunities for on-going inspections on subdivision works are currently limited due to staffing resources (subject to change).
